Cancellation and Refund Policy

This policy explains the cancellation and refund terms for NeuDesk subscriptions. We want to ensure a fair and transparent process for all our customers.
1. Free Trial
All paid plans (Starter, Growth, Pro) include a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. You may cancel at any time during the trial with no penalty and no charge.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel your NeuDesk subscription at any time by:
- Contacting us at billing@neudesk.in
- Emailing our support team with your account details
Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged for the next billing cycle. Access to paid features will continue until the period ends.
3. Refund Policy
NeuDesk offers refunds under the following conditions:
- Within 7 days of first payment: Full refund if you are not satisfied with the service, no questions asked
- Service outage: Pro-rated refund for verified downtime exceeding 24 continuous hours
- Duplicate charge: Full refund for any accidental duplicate payments
- Annual plans: Refund of unused months if cancelled within the first 30 days of the annual subscription
4. Non-Refundable Cases
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Cancellations after 7 days of the billing cycle (monthly plans)
- Annual plans cancelled after 30 days
- Accounts suspended due to violation of our Terms and Conditions
- Unused portions of a billing period for monthly plans
5. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method (UPI, credit/debit card, net banking) via Razorpay. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.
6. Plan Downgrades
You may downgrade your plan at any time. The new plan pricing takes effect from the next billing cycle. No refund is issued for the difference in the current billing period.
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at billing@neudesk.in with:
- Your registered email address
- Your Razorpay payment ID or transaction reference
- Reason for refund request
Our team will review and respond within 2 business days.
