Welcome to NeuDesk. By accessing or using our platform at neudesk.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Definitions

"NeuDesk" refers to the helpdesk SaaS platform operated by us. "User" refers to any individual or organisation that registers, accesses, or uses NeuDesk. "Tenant" refers to an organisation that subscribes to a paid or free plan on NeuDesk.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using NeuDesk, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of your organisation, and agree to comply with these terms.

3. Use of the Platform

NeuDesk grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for your internal business purposes. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purposes
• Share your login credentials with unauthorised persons
• Upload malicious software or content that violates applicable laws

4. Subscriptions and Billing

NeuDesk offers Free, Starter, Growth, and Pro subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' prior notice.

5. Free Trial

Paid plans include a 14-day free trial. No charge is made during the trial period. After the trial ends, your selected plan will be billed automatically unless cancelled before the trial expiry.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of NeuDesk is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take data security seriously and implement industry-standard measures to protect your information.

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for losses arising from downtime beyond our reasonable control.

8. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.

9. Limitation of Liability

NeuDesk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
