NeuDesk is a fully digital, cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform. We do not deal in physical goods, and therefore standard shipping and exchange terms do not apply to our services.
1. No Physical Shipment
NeuDesk does not ship any physical products. All services, features, and deliverables are provided digitally through our web platform accessible at neudesk.in.
2. Digital Service Delivery
Upon successful subscription and payment:
- Your account is activated immediately
- You receive access to all features included in your chosen plan
- A confirmation email is sent to your registered email address
- Your helpdesk subdomain is live and ready to use instantly
3. Plan Exchange / Upgrade
You may upgrade or change your subscription plan at any time:
- Upgrades take effect immediately upon payment confirmation
- Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle
- No physical exchange is required — all changes are applied automatically to your account
4. Failed Delivery
If you do not receive access to your account or features after a successful payment, please contact us immediately at support@neudesk.in with your payment reference. We will resolve the issue within 24 hours.
